In case you missed it, here are my favorite business books from last year:
15 Best Business Leadership Books of 2023
For the last twenty-plus years, I have been an avid reader of business books. It always seemed that if, for $20, you could get an idea or two to help you become a better leader, it was money well spent. Great leaders never stop learning, and there is always more to learn.
I finished The Road to Character by David Brooks this month and I'm re-reading Essentialism by Greg McKeown. I coworker recently read it and asked if I did - I'm rereading so we can talk about it.
The Road to Character by David Brooks is a great book. I loved his follow on to that as well, The Second Mountain. Lots of good thoughts on planning for what comes next!
