For those of you working on 2025 planning, hopefully, you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. We have been working for several years to streamline the budget process, but it is still time-consuming and challenging work—on top of everything that needs to be done to close the year.
On the bright side, it is better to be close to the final before starting Q4. We still have many scars from a few years ago when we were revising into the new year….
